We offer a diverse range of wellbeing and therapeutic free activities, for example:

  • Talking Therapy
Participating can help to deal with the emotions of cancer and provides an outlet to understand and express your feelings.
Most therapies take place within a group setting, however talking therapy is either one-to-one or within a group.
The other benefits of taking part are a sense of wellbeing and relaxation, feeling stronger, mentally, and physically.
All activities take place within a welcoming, safe, respectful and confidential space.
All activities are delivered by a range of culturally sensitive/aware, qualified and experienced practitioners.
