Testimonials
“I found the teaching very engaging and helpful. It provoked a lot of thought and reflection for me. The training was delivered well, within a supportive and compassionate space for people to reflect on what can be uncomfortable topics to talk about. The training was also realistic in what needs to be done and the hard work that is needed to improve practice. Thank you.”
“Training like this is so important for all staff. Listening, understanding, and validating people as individuals is so important.”
“I enjoyed the session and felt comfortable in my ability to ask questions that I may not have asked in another environment. I feel that I have been able to explore cultural awareness and built my confidence in perhaps challenging some statements from other people.”
“It was great to have one of your service users at the group training and hearing things from their prospective.”
