Cancer Support Group Sessional Worker
Have you been affected by cancer? Want to use your experience to give back to the community? Are you a retired nurse, worked as a cancer support assistant, cared for someone with cancer?
We have vacancies for Cancer Support Group Sessional Workers with experience of working within Black African, Black Caribbean, Asian and other ethnic minority communities.
HOURS: Variable per week
Rate of pay: £13.50 per hour
About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic and efficient individual to join our team. A professional, friendly, approachable, flexible, ‘can do’ attitude is essential for this role. With excellent communication and listening skills and the ability to demonstrate compassion and understanding for someone affected by cancer.

The role
We deliver cancer support groups across Greater Manchester. You will be responsible for supporting the coordination and delivery of our cancer support groups as set out in the job description and person specification.
